It was early into my sales career and during our semi-annual goal-setting process.\u00a0The theme for this particular period was, \u201cHow to get better\u201d and the quote used to promote learning was \u201cThe man who can read but doesn\u2019t, isn\u2019t any wiser than the man who can\u2019t read\u201d.\u00a0That quote hit me like a ton of bricks.\u00a0If you are not already an avid reader, I hope that it has the same effect on you as it did me.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Reading will help you in two incredible ways; you\u2019ll gain knowledge and confidence.\u00a0These two things, combined with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, will help you have a great 2020 and beyond!<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Here is a list of 20 of my favorite books.\u00a0The topics vary, but each can help you in life and in business.\u00a0\u00a0I hope you enjoy.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill (Getting what you want out of life)<\/p>\n<p>The Richest Man in Babylon,\u00a0George S.
